During the Depression, he navigated challenges, and in World War II, his son joined the Navy, leaving deMatteo to produce exquisite pieces, notably in the style of Georg Jensen, a testament to his skill and adaptability. His legacy lives on through meticulously handcrafted silver pieces that embody timeless elegance.
